As you might already know, there is a suicide crisis taking place in the First Nations tribe Attawapiskat. The Health Canada department has sent people to help, but it has not been enough. 13 people have already committed suicide, and 11 more people have tried, and that all happened this year! Maybe if they were provided with the proper resources, like clean water and heating and cooling systems, and maybe if they were treated like us, the crisis might stop. The Attawapiskat people were the first in Canada, but the Europeans just invaded and took charge. The Aboriginal people were in Canada first, and the Europeans came with guns and diseases, and now we are forcing the Aboriginal people into a small space. Help the Attawapiskat!
