This area is already a highly congested area. Adding multi-family apartment living will only increase traffic & magnify the number of wrecks. Please reconsider this proposal.

There needs to be less building permits awarded. You don't have the infrastructure to support the traffic issues this would cause. By doing this a lot of city are forcing developers to go back and remodel existing homes for resale as well as businesses. Hwy. 1 is such a horrible eye sore and a embarrassment when showing friends around town. Traffic there to is crazy. We need to clean up more not build more. Impose building codes so there's so sort of uniformity.

As a resident of the City of Natchitoches, I do not want to annex this property for the purpose of building an apartment complex on the site.

We do it need this type of multiplex build in the area. The traffic alone will compound safety issues that already exist. The first impression to our tourists coming in from I-49 will not be positive with an apartment complex whose grounds will not be kept up to town standards. This is not a good idea.

This road is too dangerous as it is. City police do not adequately patrol this area as it lies outside of the downtown area, and as a result motorists travel entirely too fast on this road.

We do not need a high density apartment project on our gateway into town. Just look at Frog Pond, out of town owners who only seem to care about cash flow. Ratcliff construction can't even police the trash at Dollar General, how well do you think they will police the trash of 100-200 additional temporary residents?
