Although my address is Downing, my property backs up to Tennyson. I am also concerned about traffic accessing the new development from Downing to Churchill to Tennyson. This additional traffic will effect the safety of people using British Woods Park.

NO to the problems caused by invading the neighborhood with excess traffic to suit the needs of a greedy builder. Do not destroy the character of British Woods. NO to traffic. This will lead to stop lights and or speed bumps, extra police pressence.....list keeps going.

There should not be any access into our quiet, family friendly neighborhood. More traffic of any kind jeopardizes this. There will eventually be sidewalks on Battleground that foot traffic can use. My fear is vehicular traffic using the neighborhood as a short cut. We have people of all ages that either run or walk as well as children riding bikes in this neighborhood because it is quiet & not a lot of traffic. One of the many reasons people have bought homes here! An access would make it less appealing for those activities & property value would drop.
