I/we the undersigned homeowners are against the current projected $7 million clubhouse expansion in Pine Mountain Club. We are not against minor improvements to the current facilities, however we are against a project this size that does not keep the current cost of living low, but will eventually make our association fee increase drastically. If the Board of Directors can not facilitate alternative solutions at a lower cost, we the homeowners will block this project with a vote at the June 2017 election.
