SAY NO TO THE 29 BELLE TOWHOMES PROJECT!!

Sign this petition to stop the development of the 29 Belle Townhomes Project at 2900 Belleview, KCMO 64108. There has been a plan to re-zone this residential area of 2900 Belleview block from 2.6 and R-6 to UR URban Redevelopment to build multi-family units. WE DO NOT WANT THIS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! These townhomes will increase traffic in an already congested area of the city. It will increase crime and is not part of the landscape of the existing neighborhood of single family homes. The safety issue for the kids that attend school within walking distance will increase with three existing large businesses in the area as well as having only a one-way exit from the neighborhood at 29th & SW Trafficway.

An on-line meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 9am. We would like to present these signatures to the planning commission to let our voices be heard.
