So the 5 homes on 30th & belleview clearly hasn’t been considered at all while this plan was developed. The access to this area is a challenge as it is especially in inclement weather there’s only one way in and out of that area and that’s up and down a tricky little hill . Just the traffic from the few residence in that area has caused frustration and some safety concerns through out the years.there is no off street parking 30th & Belleview will unofficially become a turn about. While small children live on that hill it will be potentially dangerous just getting them in and out of our cars while taking them to school let alone them playing outside. It’s such a small area that even playing in their own yard would be a concern. There’s always that 1 possibility of a speeding car going up that hill when a child is simple chasing a ball . That’s one chance to many. No way should that area be rezoned. I’m still trying to figure out how that small area could even be considered as a prospect for a re-zoning project nothing good can come from it for our community . There are sooo many areas to be considered for this project that would make since this is not one of them
