The 2 blocks between W. 26th and W. 28th are being suffocated with construction.

This is not an appropriate place for the substation! This would severely impact the daily life of residents many of whom are seniors. Don’t mess up people’s lives!

This truly is a HAZARD to our Community. Exposure to continual High Voltage current can cause health issues and should NOT be in such close proximity to our homes..although I'm sure the MTA or the Mayor for that matter gives a rat's behind about our safety!!

This would be so dangerous to the health of Penn South residents, including seniors.

This is one of the few park landscapes in residential Manhattan and needs to stay that way

Please keep our residential block accessible for living. There is plenty of space just a few blocks north for this new sub-station. Asking for your elderly and our children and the community thriving in North Chelsea.

The noise from the construction for 3 years as well as noise from continued operation and maintenance of the substation is why I am totally against this project. The building of Hudson Yards and now the proposed building around Penn Station is already extremely too much development in our neighborhood. It is going to ruin our neighborhood and community.

We oppose having this substation on our residential block. It has the potential to degrade our health and quiet we now enjoy.

What is happening on 8th Ave with the construction ongoing and yet to come is bad enough. This will make living here intolerable. There is no reason to do this to residents.

We do not want this substation in our backyard.

There are plenty of less residential neighborhoods to install a station !

Do not build the substation in the middle of Penn South, 28th Street. It's a crazy plan.
