You cannot put a sub-station where there are elderly people, kids and the noise, the rats and constant noise for so many months. You will be giving us a slow death.

Please don't disrupt our neighborhood of thousands of people. We have enough construction now.. Please do not build the Substation on 28th and 8th.

Not happy with the chemicals/radiation and vibrations that will be caused from this. My concern is for the Elderly, young and unborn.

I live on 29th st just across from where the substation is proposed. I walk my dog around the block and I know construction noise will be excruciating and loud, not to mention the shaking. Stop the MTA substation!

We live on 360 West v28th Street. We love our diverse neighborhood, we love the park that serves as a quiet and safe place for senior residents and a playing ground for children. The construction will be dealing a death blow to this fully residential neighborhood. Move the substation to a commercial area!
