Way too big! This would be an overwhelming eyesore. Parking Is already scarce and this would cause major congestion in the area. This kind of development is not needed in a residential area such as ours.

1) Parking is already very difficult on this block. I do not believe the public transport exemption is appropriate. It seems a forgone conclusion that this development would lead to extreme parking issues on the block as well as a tremendous influx of one way traffic from Berenice to Lincoln.
This is a small, quiet neighborhood block. The height of this proposed building would be a tremendous eyesore.
The city also still owes us a park, based on previous developments across the street. It's about time the city live up to it's previous promises before selling out the neighborhood again.

Why are we turning this small stretch of one way Ravenswood into River north? With this building on one side and and the one already approved on Grace on the other that would put almost 200 residential units in a two block stretch. These aren’t large intersections or arterial streets, why would we permit the tallest building in our neighborhood here??

This a street that already has parking problems. It absolutely cannot have a building added at that volume. These building belong on Lincoln, not smashed into a small one way street.
