Dear Mal Suites Homeowners,
As you may be aware, I was recently notified by Captain Khalid, that my employment with Mal Suites will be ending as of 19 December 2017. Bahrain Labor Law and Regulations state that I have the right to challenge termination, and I would like to take advantage of this right to discuss with you the reasons why Mal Suites should retain me in its employ.
I had the privilege, for so many years, to serve the owners and the tenants of Mal Suites. Please give me a second chance to continue serving you. I am not aware of any violations or any misconduct from my part. I was shocked to find out that I was terminated. Your assistance is highly appreciated.

Hanif has been serving Mall Suites since inception in 2005. He has always been very cooperative and I never had any problems with him. I appeal to the Management/ owners association to give him another chance and retain his services. Asfar Amanullah Flat 32
Hello everyone and thank you for supporting Hanif! I agree with all of you. More people should sign this petition to stop any misuse of power by the management to protect other MAL Suites employees in the future. This Termination is not only illegal but inhumane! Where is Hanif suppose to go after receipt of his termination letter, which states immediate evacuation from his accommodation? Firstly, he should be given verbal and written warnings for his negligence (if any) because the decision for termination is the final stage upon approval of all or most of the homeowners based on valid and legitimate reasons supported by the evidence. Then, he should be given written notification 30 days prior his end of service allowing him to find new employment and accommodation. Beksulu A.
Dear all, I agree with all those who have signed and commented on this petition. It is beyond human right to terminate a loyal employee who served and continue serving the building and the tenants. It is unacceptable for anyone to run the building as he or her own. I have been noticing lots of conflicts of interests especially by some people who are in the Home Owners Association who use their positions against building employees and other flat owners. I urge everyone to stand up against such behaviors, actions, and attitudes. I also encourage other owners to sign and support this petition. This is totally unacceptable.. one should know the cause of termination and should be given chance to improve.. this building does not belong to one person.... For such high vintage employee the decision should have been brought to the meeting kept on 19 Jan.. totally disappointed with current management's approach..
