Shawn McGivney is attempting to turn a stable residential neighborhood into a for-profit venture in a city which he does not live (resides in Reno NV), with complete disregard to the residents who have called this community home for the past 35 years. The conversion of this home will forever make it uninhabitable as a single-family residence. Once converted it will never be saleable as anything else other than some type of group care facility. If Shawn McGivney's business fails in the future, we are very concerned that it could further erode and become a drug addiction recovery center, for example. Crime and violence are concerns.
