As a resident who lives opposite this piece of land I strongly object to it being built on. It would have a direct impact on the already poor parking facilities here. People on many occasions have had to park on the grass verges. We would be overlooked and more importantly our light and view would be destroyed. There are other places more suitable for building. This land should be used for the benefit of local families to encourage outdoor activities and education around healthy living.

This area would be great for allotments for the children to learn about growing plants and wild life

More houses in this small space would be absolutely ridiculous! This area is congested enough as it is!

I live on Glebelands opposite this plot and I would not like to see more houses built here ! We are rapidly losing green spaces everywhere in Teignbridge, in Devon in fact and this is so small it should be left green!

There are better sites on which to build houses, this site is ideal for a community project.

As in the Dartmoor National Park this area should be utilised for the allotments for the local children. As this will be in keeping with helping them learn and encourage wildlife.

This area is already congested and has limited parking. We should be conserving the few green spaces we have not building on them.

The land would be better used as parking or allotment/garden area to encourage children or adults to grow their own fruit and veg. There is not enough parking here. Also need to stop the current parking area being used as a scrap yard.

Our children need this for their future. All of their connection with nature is going. Soon they won't even know what grass feels like, how to be creative and self sufficient. Please do not build on this land.
