As many of you know, I have taken issue with the Revere Public Schools Superintendent Dakin because I believe my son is being taught religion in his classroom. The homework he was to complete spoke of there being only one God, Allah and also included their religious prayer. I went to Revere Public Schools and I never remember being taught this. The prayer being part of the homework? The only time I remember prayers being part of work was in my CCD class - that is where religion is taught, not in our schools.

I ask you all to sign this petition if you agree with me. This is not about hatred, not about being prejudice, it is about right and wrong. In my opinion, it is wrong to teach religion in public schools and that is what they are doing! LETS STOP THIS NOW!!!! Power of the people
