Low frequency noise detracts significantly from quality of life and is well documented as having adverse health impacts. The noise at Tavern is absolutely avoidable and results from poor design. Fixing this is a simple matter of turning off these fans at night and hiring the right consultants to eliminate the phase issue, which causes the pulsing. However, there has been no fix since the facility opened 6 months ago. Parks needs to take decisive action immediately to resolve this issue.

The hum is driving us crazy. I moved here for the park quiet and now it sounds like an industrial plant right outside. Fix the fans already.

Can no longer open our windows when we sleep.
This has been an absolute assault on our senses and needs to stop.
That fan noise has got to STOP

Living on 67th is a nightmare with this constant pulsing noise. Cant sleep with the windows open at all during the summer. Terrible.
