I am opposed to placing an oil change facility this close to Willowbend. Osprey is loosing its rural beauty by continued over development.

Against the zoning change to let a « Take 5 oil change » facility being built at the corner of 41 and Habitat Blvd. in Osprey. Let’s preserve the nature!

An Absolute NO to ANY rezone to Rezone Petition No. 23-31 Take 5 Osprey
This cannot be allowed on the entrance road to a residential neighborhood where traffic safety is already an issue and 0.25m to Oscar Scherer Park boundary and directly beside a pond that flow into Oscar Scherer Park creek.
Any rezone here has implications for every piece of land close to the Park and neighborhoods in that vicinity.

We need an onslaught of people to attend the meeting to prevent the zone change.

The property in question is also in a flood zone. The used oil stored in underground tanks will rise to the surface when the property is flooded. It will then enter our community ponds and make its way to Oscar Scherer Park river since our ponds drain into that river

This is a residential area. Surely there are commercial areas already available for another business to come in!
