To the Larimer County Commissioners;
I challenge you to truely look at yourself in the mirror. Can you HONESTLY say with INTEGRITY that you would want the Stroh Pit Quary in your homes back yard? You know all of the serious issues and dangers associated with this project - if you wouldn't want it in your back yard - then it is obvious that you should not vote to put it in our back yard!!!

Oakwood Homes never told us about this when we contracted tombuilt our home in 2014. We wouldn’t have built here had we known. Oakwood is looking at building more homes and will be producing more taxes for the county. This will devalue our homes substantially and anyone who says differently is lying or misinformed. We are looking at polluted air, overly busy roads and unsafe traffic congestion
A new school is slated to be built near the gravel pit. The land is, currently, zoned as agriculture. Stroh May be a valuable committee but historically gravel pit presence doesn’t help we homeowners. We have to live with it for seven years, maybe more.

This ship needs to sail... terrible timing to want to work the land now with homes and businesses all around, plus the truck traffic/increased traffic on Frontage/402 would be awful!!

Safety and common sense. New businesses, people’s homes and health, one road in and out, 402 going under construction , a planned school and property values. Thousands impacted for one company coming late to the game. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.

Seems it would create a hazardous condition in pretty much every way possible
