No gazebo, it's amazing to me that the association we already pay a ton of money to come up with new ways to make more money from us rather than keeping their obligations. Get the subdivision and homes back in compliance and then we'll talk about a silly gazebo.

We need to take care of the property that we currently own, the walking paths, the fishing pond, the dead trees up and down Perry Cate!!

It was mentioned at the last HOA in the fall, but I do think the residents should have s say in what is done with the fees. There are things that need attention first.

We should maintain the paths that are already installed instead of trying to start another "money maker"

I am against anything that has not been made public & discussed. All information needs to be released and then voted on by the residents.

Existing amenities and landscaping need to be addressed before a gazebo. Please call my cell 636-541-7401 or office 636-734-5752 for a bid on all tree and landscaping needs. I am the owner of Trinity Landscaping Group willing to meet budget.
