Motorcars used in transport of stolen/poached items should be forfeited to the state. Where possible, an order of compensation should always be given to the complainant reflecting real market value

It is indeed a high time that all of us peace loving Namibian should join hands in protecting our wildlife by preventing damage that is highly caused by poaching and killing of wild animals as well as livestock. Our economy is more dependent on agriculture and farming and 47 ~ 55% of GRN revenue is sourced from this industry.. Hence we should all stand together with one voice of "NO TO POACHING, NO TO STOCKTHEFT.
