After i tried to stop smoking cigarettes it was hard, i craved one so many times but than i got introduced to vaping and i stop smoking cigs after a few months. Vaping helped me.

My husband has been smoking jlaince he was 14 and he quit not even a year after starting to vape. We're 20 and I know I will have him with me for a very long time now. :)

Vaping has done wonders for my acute insomnia in instead of drowning my self in otc sleep aids like nightquil&benadryl, plus drinking myself to sleep!
