I was smoking two packs a day and get out of breath walking in the park. After a year of vaping, I am now more energized, and literally ride a bicycle 4.8 miles to work and then ride it again back home. And i don't have a single problem now.

E-cigs helped me quit smoking. I smoked for 35 years and tried the patches, pills, gums....nothing worked but these did. I've since went to vaping and I have the opportunity to choose what level of nicotine I want if any and the flavors out there are amazing. This is my choice and my right.

I have been vaping for over a month after smoking around 15 roll ups a day and occasional use of marijuana. After spending £30 on a start up kit from the e cig company and a few bottles of fruit juice flavour Louis I have kicked both my habits and am now steadily vaping 0.3 ml nicotine approx 5mls per day. I could not be happier with the results and am shocked that a country battling not to save he NHS would put restriction on a tool that has worked so well for many resulting costs to the NHS for our generation

I was a 2 pack smoker a day for 10 years but since I started vaping I don't smoke anymore so in other words vaping has saved my life

I have been a smoker for the past 6+years with about a pack a day addiction to cigarettes. And now I am very glad to say that I haven't had a cigarette in a little over a year now, And i am not the only one in my family to overcome this bad habit thanks to vaping. Vaping has helped Me my Dad Stepmom and Stepsister quit smoking and I am very thankful for that.
