I have a right to choice, and you do not have the right to take that away. I vape every now and then but I am speaking on behalf of those who have that right to chose, when, where, how, and flavor.

No one will object to reasonable regulation that keeps nicotine from minors. The regulations being implemented by the FDA are not reasonable. They'll effectively destroy the vaping industry, eliminating access to relatively harmless products that are proven to effectively help people reduce or stop smoking while destroying a growing industry in a time of economic difficulty. For the sake of public health, economic well-being, and the cherished freedom of adults to make responsible choices, the President MUST order the FDA to suspend implementation of additional regulations until they can be re-evaluated.

I have smoked cigarettes since I was 14. I am now 50. I have not smoked a cigarette in 2 years thanks to vaping. I believe it to be a much safer alternative and has been fundamental in helping me kick a lifelong habit. The people who have been injured and/or become ill are using homemade juice with THS and God knows what else that is not regulated. I do not need the government to tell me what is good or bad or me. I do my own research because this is my right. What are they doing about cigarettes and the chemicals placed in them to be addictive and cause serious health problems and death????

Vaping has made me stay away from cigarettes and saves me money. I use to be a chain smokers and now my lungs have cleared out. My house and close no longer stink from the stench of stale cigarettes! Even doctors have noticed a change by looking down my mouth and could see that the tar stains disappeared. The news outlets are either lying or people who hate America have created counterfeits to destroy the reputation of vaping and take away our rights to control us.

Vaping can help with stress relieve and anxiety. I understand the devices explode but they explode if the user isn't doing the basic maintenance to the device and changing the batteries and Ballancing them equally along with not fallowing the Ohm's law for RDA, RTA, and Coils a vape can help prevent these problems as long as your willing to learn about everything there is to know about vaping safely even changing the coils can prevent popcorn lung is you change it within 3-5 weeks not when it taste bad. And Im making a strong argument to this for my right to vape. If we need vaping licences to identify the users who can fallow the rules of using then how bout it. The ones who cannot fallow these laws of vaping should not be vaping at all. With that in mind the community stores should not be selling vape juice because they are not professionals with the knowledge of knowing what's in the formula, and if we must change how the vape juice is made then do it, but making all vapors suffer this new law of no vaping ever again isn't the answer the answer is to understand the mods the juice everything there is to know otherwise people yes get hurt but only if they do not know what they are doing as for young children 14 and 17 who are not of age to vape should be given a 500 fine each time they are caught doing it. For the government they need to make laws for people to be able to vape and strict laws for this is rather have strict laws then not being able to enjoy my vaping as it helps me alot with stress and anxiety.
