From November 2nd, Arriva are planning a swathe of ill-conceived service CUTS to our SuperBus local town services in Stevenage. Below is a summary of these abhorrent plans:

SB1:

Mon-Sat 23:30 service WITHDRAWN

NO SERVICE after 20:10 on SUNDAYS

SB2/SB3:

Saturday frequencies reduced to every 30 minutes, resulting in a combined frequency of every 15 minutes (down from every 10 minutes combined) Sun 23:00 service WITHDRAWN

SB4/SB5:

Saturday frequencies reduced to every 30 minutes, resulting in a combined frequency of every 15 minutes (down from every 10 minutes combined) Mon-Fri 05:49 WITHDRAWN Mon-Fri 23:00 and 23:32 WITHDRAWN Saturday 06:45 WITHDRAWN

SB7:

Mon-Sat 23:30 service WITHDRAWN

Saturday service reduced to HOURLY

Saturday 23:30 WITHDRAWN

SUNDAY 20:45, 21:45 and 22:45 services WITHDRAWN

SB8:

Mon-Fri 05:54, 06:24 and 06:50 services WITHDRAWN SUNDAY 06:50 and 07:20 services WITHDRAWN

We call upon our MP, Kevin Bonavia, to make all efforts possible to work with Arriva, Hertfordshire County Council (Intalink) and, as necessary, the Regional Traffic Commissioner to discourage and prevent these changes from taking place without full and proper consultation with passengers, passenger representatives, and local businesses.
