Stop state funding to all clubs and land that does not allow access to all legal and registered ATV users.

Dirt bike riders pay the same registration fee as everyone else, what's up with the discrimination? A dirt bike isn't allowed but a giant 6 passenger SXS can go through and tear up the trails, it makes absolutely no sense!

My dirt bikes are registered the same way as my 4 wheelers and I'll ride the damn things ALL the same places!

I pay to register my bike, and care for the trails. My dirt bike does less damage than side by sides but I’m not aloud to ride half the trails

We all pay the same registration, it’s getting ridiculous.

Dual sport, or Enduro's as they are called should have the rights to ride on the trails. They are registered just like any on or off road vehicles

We deserve to ride the same trails as any other atv period, my cash is just as green!

I own a Suzuki DR650 and I don’t think that I should be denied use of any trail because my vehicle only has two wheels.

If you're going to make a person buy registration for a motorcycle that funds trail maintenance it should be allowed on those trails. It's not that hard to figure out.

New Hampshire needs to get on board too, they only allow snowmobiles in the trails in my area

If you’re allowed to register an off-road vehicle, access should be unrestricted. Otherwise funds that are collected through off-road motorcycles should not go to any clubs that restrict access. Plain and simple.

If a dirtbike has to register as an atv how can we exclude them from trails. They dont cause nearly as much damage as a sxs and I own both.

You guys can’t take our money and cut off access, if you have someone doing something illegal call the cops

I ride a two-wheeled vehicle and I too believe that I should also be allowed to access and ride the legal ATV trails that are funded and maintained by off-road tags and municipal grant money.

I have a dual sport motorcycle registered every year for street and trails. I am very respectful to all signage and never tear up the trail. There is no reason that I can not go on a trail with a single track vehicle, but ATVs can go on with huge mud tires and destroy the trails. It is not fair that my registration fees go to fund those trails.

We help maintain trails and are respectful riders. We share the trail

Dirt bikes do far less damage to trail systems than side by sides & ATVs
