This project is a nightmare for all living things on Grand Island, and will destroy existing neighborhoods, while adding pollutants to our environment. I challenge the owner to be a Hero and create a Preserve to save this unique and diverse piece of land!

Until we have another or larger bridge, we should not be looking to grow our population. The congestion is already a problem.

I support affordable senior living. They built this town, country and I believe we need to show them some respect and build a beautiful place that they can live comfortably and be able to stay on the island where they spent their lives. Its common sense. Their houses will be sold to the next generation. We have plenty of apartments and retail spaces on the island. We should be ashamed of ourselves for letting out heritage be forced to move off island because they can no longer afford it.

Please leave the Island alone. It's over populated now. Enough building.

This would be a disaster for the town, property values, bridge traffic, and the environment.

I feel there should be a study on the justification of all this senior living. This should include need, cost to potential residents and the ability to fill job positions without mass transit on the island.
Another study should also be done on the effect that all this building has on wildlife. From just observation on my part it seems as though the deer population has gone done significantly. When I went down to town hall to inquire about the deer population I was told Grand island does not keep track of anything like that. shouldn’t that be a part of the equation when deciding how much green space should be destroyed for building?

Odd, How can they build on wetlands when I can’t even cut down my trees in my wetlands.
Our whole community it outraged by this proposal.
