Ministry’s surprise proposal threatens natural heritage protections at the proposed waste processing complex in the Freele County Forest

The potential for Water contamination, heavy traffic, odor and distruction of forestry land will all have a major negative effect on a very large number of peoples lives. There must be other locations that offer less threat to people and the environment than those proposed for Springwater.

Plenty of concerns. Noise and odor to begin with, Groundwater contamination is always a major concern, since we all live downstream. Senselessly destroying public county forest lands, with that, the further displacement of wildlife.

We need our wetlands. Find a less environmentally sensitive area to process this waste. We must maintain ecological integrity in Simcoe County.

I am very concerned about the effect on the ecosystem as well as the increased traffic within the community.

This not only is a tragedy for the flora and fauna in the area, it would deeply impact the neighbours and community that live in and/or use the area. Choose a sight that is already impacted from industry, instead of despoiling yet another agricultural area and community.

Find another site for this waste that will pollute and damage this sensitive ecosystem.

I am a member of Aware Simcoe and Aware Essa...I will ensure that this is brought to their attention if it has not been already. Will help in any way that I can.

This is not the place for industry... in the middle of a forest /farming community. The lives of both people and wildlife wild be negatively affected! No one wants to live around hat smell.. except the scavengers it will attract SAY NO TO THE ZONING!

Please rethink this plan as it will effect the water table, the wildlife...migration patterns, local farmlands and ranches in this area

This is not the place for this- I can not tell you where there would be an appropriate place anywhere in Springwater Township!

The proposed sites are on too valuable of land and would destroy that land & nearby water by placing waste facilities on these proposed sites.

put it elsewhere!

put industrial plants in industrial areas!!

Please don't destroy these beautiful pieces of land. There surely must be alternatives that do not affect communities in the immediate areas and destroy the beautiful forests and wildlife!
