I am so digusted by what i am hearing. SJT is such a good school and for them to be doing this lowered their status from a high level. I have family who go to the school and just cant imagine what they are going through. STOP SJT!

What a disgrace , how can this school be so insensitive at a time when we should be uniting people not creating the division .
This only goes to shows the lack of understanding & humanity from those who made this decision.

The choice should be available to the pupil whether to wear a headscarf or not. A blanket ban is not an enlightened solution.

It's disgusting, no school has the right to treat any student in that manner.
It's appalling that parents were not informed of changes to the uniform.

At least have the common decency to consult with the pupils and parents affected first, rather than simply roll out Ill thought out and draconian measures

This is not a good idea from the school. The children & the parents should have been involved that's why the children lack respect for the school & the school teachers & the governing body. Shame on the school ppl should all be respected what ever your coulur or size is. There should be a protest against the school & the school should view it's changes before making a decision.
