This is a great idea to have the petition because I totally agree with your opinion. Women and young girls especially should not be getting looked at in these types of ways. Instead of teaching us to cover our bodies from men, teach the men to not look at us those ways

The school needs to take responsibility to create a safe environment for all of their students and the first step is to make sure they have good teachers. If the teacher gets distracted by the girls skirts/shorts (in a perverted way), they are not suitable to work in an environment where young people are every day. Teachers interrupting a lesson to talk about a students skirt/shorts is what distracts students from the schoolwork. The teachers are the problem.

Taking away skirts is completely unnecessary, it is demeaning to both the girls/women who you are objectifying as sexual objects and to the boys/men who you are treating as sex crased animals. I've never heard of someone doing terribly in a test or at school from seeing some legs.

BAN SKIRTS!!!!! BAN BOYS FROM LOOKING UNDER SKIRTS but seriously I think lots of young men have more decency than to look under a ladies skirt it is not distracting. This is just plain stupid
