As part of my Legal and Political Systems unit at my school and my commitment to preventing sex crimes against children, I encourage you to take a few minutes to read this post and help bring about changes to existing laws protecting child sex offenders. Some facts about sex crimes against children: - 1000's of paedophiles are living in Australian communities. - Paedophiles come from all walks of life and often hold positions of authority. - Paedophiles are likely to re-offend. - Be vigilant, it could be your child next. PREVENTION MUST BE A PRIORITY! With prevention and protection in mind, I ask all of you to sign my Petition.
