From the birth of the "editing community" on Instagram, the sale of PSD's has been an vital part of us. It used to be that PSD's were sold to other people so that the buyer could learn from the creator and develop new technique in order to improve their own, original work. Now, however, people use them incorrectly. I often see people's work, with a line in the caption saying "SC: @_____." Most times, they put that in because their work is a direct rip off of the original creator. People also buy PSD's, only to make a less creative version of the original PSD, to then sell it to even more people. These people, the unoriginal, uninspired designers, are the reason we should stop selling PSD's. Many complain that our community is "ruined" or that "there is too much bad stuff" going on in order for us to fix it. Well, I say screw that, let us at least try to change it, even if our change is small. The "ban" of the sale of PSD's will solve multiple problems. It will force uninspired artists to become creative, or leave the community, as unfortunate as that is. It will also restrict the possibility of scamming, as if nothing is being sold, you can't steal any ones money. Finally, it may also improve relationships between artists. I am sure you could probably think of one feud between two IG deseditors (s/o to @ECJ for that word.) So I ask you this, sign the petition, even if you have sold PSD's previously or currently are. I don't care if you sell them privately, put the public community should not see it. Thank you for reading.

I agree with this in some ways, but I still support selling PSD's just only to a limited # of people whom I trust and I know personally or have connections with.

As someone who has just began the journey of graphic design and making edits, I completely agree with this movement. I've never bought or accepted PSD's but rather have tried to recreate what I see other people do on my own. In my opinion that's the best way to learn

Although I've never bought a PSD and have only given mine (app designer) I understand what you are saying.
