How can anyone even consider this with recent terrorist attacks with isis and practically being based out of syria. Also even if that wasn't enough when is it gonna stop we cant even take care of our own us citizens let alone help our own military and vetrans with proper housing food insurance and medical insurance but yet come on syria sure we'll accept 10,000-16,000 and mark my words they will be handed free housing, free insurance, free medical, free education. Ehile we bust our ass still stuck in poverty or even homeless with student loans. EXPLAIN THAT!!!!!!!! And after all the handouts they will blow us up

Today I read a quote directly from Malloy that said
"We should be safe," Malloy said. "On the other hand, America has always had a big heart."
I want Connecticut leaders to KNOW we will be safe before taking in refuggees. I want to feel a level of comfort that the screening process will be robust enough to filter out anyone who may use the refugee label to sneak into our country then into my state.

The state poll in Connecticut asking residents their thoughts about allowing Syrian Refugees into our state is almost a unanimously NO at 91%. So why is our elected official going against the residents and allowing these people in. The screening process is not effective to check the back rounds of these people to guarantee our safety. All you ELECTED people seem to forget who put you in that office in the first place. Malloy is a disgrace to our state of Connecticut, and believe me when I say, I'm not alone in counting the days down until he is gone. Our safety should come first!!!

When the FBI admits that there is no way to vet all refugees, and when we know that at least two of the Paris terrorists gained entry into Europe by infiltrating groups of refugees, it is no longer wise to accept refugees without question.

I think that as long as there is homeless on our streets we should not help refugees I live in manchester ct and we have homeless people here help them I was a homeless kid that struggled and didn't get help show the citizens in this state that were all American and Americans stand by one another
