This is the worst bill ever proposed by the City Council.

This is a terrible idea for the community of Seattle.

CB 118794 is not safe for anyone, including the homeless. It would increase and calcify the public safety and public health problems that already exist in the city's homeless population. There MUST be a better solution.

I do not support short sided solutions to the homeless problem.

This is not an answer for homelessness. It's a dangerous solution. We already have "campers" in our parks. They can be frightening and many are in need to real help. Parks need to be safe for everyone, especially kids.

Please do not turn spaces that belong to all of us to a few who have shown that they will not take care of it.

Please, please reconsider this ill conceived bill. Portland has already discovered that it actually makes things worse. Hundreds of us in N Seattle are vehemently opposed!

Please find another solution to homelessness that won't turn our children's parks into drug dens and trash dumps.

Stop this Seattle madness. Destroying the city is not an option for Government.

I strongly oppose Council Bill 118794. There are MUCH better ways to address the needs of the homeless and preserve the use and safety of Seattle's parks. This proposal requires more study and much more community input.

I oppose homeless encampments strongly. It would be a huge mistake

Let's be like Salt Lake City and provide shelter for the homeless, not let them camp all over our city.
