Homeless people are not the ones who need more rights. They gave up there rights when they steal, tag and litter everywhere they go. Our trash taxes are up to pay to clean up after them.

Absolutely no legal camping in Seattle parks. Not today, not in the future. Absolutely no legal camping in Seattle's public parks!

People should not be allowed to camp anywhere they want to. We have homeless living in the greenbelt across from our home currently. They are a menace. They leave trash, needles, and human waste where they camp. Some are mentally unstable or drug addicts - which makes home owners scared. Random camping is not okay.

Keep our parks and playgrounds safe and clean for all citizens to use. This is not a solution to homelessness.

We Already have a massive problem with heroin addicted homeless people in the blocks between my kids school and our home.. It is not ok to camp in the city. stop this now.

A miss-guided attempt that will worsen the problem and eventually force us to provide housing for many who choose to live without responsibilities, or those that escape life by using their drugs. The mentally ill and unfortunate homeless should be housed the others should not be encouraged to come to Seattle.

What the hell are the cut council members thinking? Did they even read the proposal first? This in no way helps the homeless and endangers all citizens!

Council members do you want the homeless camped in front of your homes? We don't!

It is so important to make our parks a place that supports the community and positive ways- and where everyone – including our children, feel safe!

This is insanity! It appears the homeless have more rights than the rest of us who live, work, play and pay taxes here. This is not the solution. Please look at more positive ways of helping the homeless instead of encouraging more of this problem.

My kids and I use the parks in Capitol Hill, Central District, Madrona, and Madison Park daily with other moms. Please keep them safe for us!

Absolutely opposed to this absurd proposal...another example of the disconnect between our city representatives and those living in Seattle.
