School teachers should stick to their field of expertise. Not to use school grounds to promote personal political opinions, let alone impose moral values that support manslaughter, rape and torture.

Unfurtunately this is how a generation of antisemitism can emerge, through indoctrinating young individuals who lack knowledge of Israel's geographical location on the world map, as well as the historical context surrounding Israel and the Palestinians.

It is the moral duty of the state of Australia to fire this teacher as soon as possible and not allow him to educate another day!!!

I'm in total disbelief that an Australian educator would lose the first prerequisite for being a trusted teacher - ie a strong ethics code and clear moral compass. It would take someone with complete absence of morality and logic to advocate for Hamas, a known terrorist organisation with a Charter that states extermination of Jews, let alone be entrusted with teaching young and impressionable children who are seeking guidance on these troubled times. It is hard to reconcile that there are elements within our education system who clearly lack any moral judgement and are still entrusted with the minds of our children. I'm appalled and heartbroken that a teacher could issue a statement in justification of Hamas actions on 7th October 2023. This is beyond comprehension. Surely, our children deserve better teachers than this unfortunate individual.
