      We the undersigned are residents or concerned citizens of these schools in Port McNicoll, Waubaushene, or Victoria Harbour Ontario Canada

                           “Township of Tay”

      We wish to protest the closure of our schools; we strain to see the logic behind such ideas. By shutting down these schools, it could potentially kill any chance that we remain communities, how can we continue to grow as a community when we don’t know anyone from the community, like school children and their parents. The link of togetherness in any community is the children; they bring unity of the same beliefs. To have an education in a safe environment without the worry of travel. Our winter was not a bad one this year, but just the mere thought of what if. Homeowners pay their taxes, with that they should have the say to yes or no. People have become life long friends because they attended the same school through out their lives and their existence created our town populations” Not to mention the History that goes along with such said schools, We feel this action would be devastating to our people and our community. We protest this action and require that it be reviewed in the form of signatures.
