I am against this project in my neighborhood.
Ralph Talbot Street is a busy street; this property abuts an established residential neighborhood of single-family homes. This property is currently zoned as an “R1,” and this project is completely out of character for the neighborhood. It would certainly change the look and feel of the neighborhood and would almost certainly affect property values in the area.
