Stop Ryder Development of Ralph Talbot Village
In regards to the proposed Chapter 40B project at 345 Ralph Talbot Street, We the neighbors are opposed to this project being approved in our R-1 single family neighborhood. We share the many concerns of our neighbors; we are very concerned about this development in our neighborhood for a number of reasons. We the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now, Ralph Talbot Street is a busy street; this property abuts an established residential neighborhood of single-family homes. This property is currently zoned as an “R1,” and this project is completely out of character for the neighborhood. It would certainly change the look and feel of the neighborhood and would almost certainly affect property values in the area.
