While this location is zoned Commercial, it located at the entrance of a quiet residential Community with many young children, not to mention the Day Care Center directly across the street from this proposed "truck stop". I'm quite sure a Commercial venture on a much smaller scale would be much more appropriate in this location.

This project does not belong in the middle of a residential neighborhood. And the truck parking/traffic is a very bad idea for the entire Rt 144 road through all of New Market.

This gas station does not belong in a residential neighborhood. It would bring extra traffic and trucker business activity that doesn’t exist today.

Please consider another location for this extensive gas station. The route 75 park and ride would be great option. It is easy access for all either east or west bound

Dewey Way Resident. This proposed gas station/truck stop would create such havoc in downtown new market and our quiet family neighborhood. Please take into account the day care center, the small kids in the neighborhood. This would ruin housing values.
