We are against allowing the reasoning initiative due traffic concerns, wildlife, lack of sidewalks on Gravelly Lake Drive.

Don't let this rezone occur. It would irreversibly change the character of our neighborhood and further erode the attractiveness of Lakewood as a whole.

I am opposed to the rezoning proposal by the City. I do not think the City should unilaterally decide on issues that would have significant impact for the neighborhood. It seems the proposal would have negative consequences for the neighborhood, including a negative impact on property values..

The amount of traffic in the morning and evening rush hours is already ridiculous along that stretch of Gravelly Lake Drive, so we want to add to the congestion?

I agree that this action, if passed, would definitely depreciate the character of this area and strongly believe the current zoning should remain intact.

Looks like a greedy developer's idea.

The proposed rezoning would negatively impact traffic in the area and the area's character.

This is a terrible idea. What was the Planning Commission thinking!

The proposed density is inconsistent with the area and would have a negative impact on Lakewood.
