When we moved in to Nottington Creek, we loved the open fields and peaceful feeling in our neighborhood. With all of the commercial buildings, it loses a lot of it's appeal.

This is a residential area. It is where we live. Our taxes have increased considerably, yet the more warehouses that get built near us, the less our property is really worth, both from a financial standpoint and an emotional standpoint. DO NOT APPROVE.

It is important that residential neighborhoods are kept as attractive places for living. One of the reasons we moved here was due to the appearance of the area, but with many commercial buildings coming in, it changes how potential residents view the area.

Industry such as this will have a lasting negative impact on the culture and direction of the city and county. We are asking that the elected officials represent their constituency and reject this requested annexation.

This proposed facility would sit directly across from the Lone Elm Park which has excellent sports facilities for youth and adult programs. There has been no discussion of increased traffic due to transportation of cattle to be processed and finished product. Odor of the holding pens and the facility as well as water and sewage utilization. All of these issues need to be addressed.

Do not want a meatpacking facility less than 2 miles from my residence. Can't imagine with the warehouses across from my sub division and now a meatpacking facility what going to happen to the values of our homes.
