If the night club is already there then residents of new builds should not be able to complain. Answer don't move near a night club.

Not being funny but whoever decide to buy rent flat or house near the night club which was there way before they have to expect that there will be some noise i know owners doing a lot to stop the noise but they will never ever managed to get rid of the noise 100%
