Day after day students harass other students over the topic of religion. Islamic, pagan, and even atheist students are harassed and bullied. This must stop. Groups have come together in the past to protect people when it comes to sexual orientation and social class, but little is done for people when it comes to religion.
We are all people, every single one of us, and we all have an undivided right to believe as we choose. Shouldn't we have the right to feel safe believing what we do, as well?
This petition is an outcry for equality, not just in the country but in our schools. Help us get the Government to lay down stricter laws for anti-bullying policies, to help everyone, Islamic, Christian, Jewish, Pagan, and all between, to feel safe.
