Where is our choice in all this, it’s being forced upon us and its very cruel to the animals being slaughtered

I find it disgusting that parents are not being consulted or given the choice to choose wether we want our children to eat halal. I would never knowingly eat it. Why should our children be given it without our knowledge. There would be an uproar if a person who has to eat halal for religious reasons was given non halal. The double standards in this country is criminal.

This should not be allowed just because a minority demand it, its barbaric torture of defenceless animals

Halal and Kosher slaughter should be banned in the UNITED KINGDOM it is barbaric and against the law.

Pandering to the minorities is never a good thing. Halal slaughter is inhumane & cruel in the extreme!

Freedom of choice is becoming a one way Street. It's in increments which build up to a total adherence to a system I don't want to be exposed to or made to follow.

People should be consulted it is their right to be

Ban the sale of ANY non-stunned meat in the UK regardless of religion.

Parents should be notified first prior to this change and put on a vote. You want Halal food in school, bring your own food. The rest of us don't want that. Keep your religious diet at home.

How can education authorities decide that the mass should follow the few. Disgusting. I'm pretty sure every kid will be devastated to know how these animals suffer prior to ending up in the plate.

The people that want Halal & Koscher meat is about 7% of the population so why is it forced on children in schools & supermarkets when over 90% of the population don’t want or need it

I am outraged that this school has no respect for the parents of children that go to it. Animals should not be slaughtered in this barbaric way!!
