It should be a crime to stand there & record such acts & not immediately get help or call authorities. Those who watch & record & not help need to be charged criminally. The act of recording someone being harmed should be banned.

I came across a deepweb site where this is done for amusement. The engineers of the site monitor ALL traffic. Really sick stuff. Our faith and trust in Jesus Christ along with prayer keeps us. Trust in Him with all your mind, heart, and soul. Luke 17:33 is welded to my heart. Praise Jesus.
