Rincon, Ga city counsel is voting to re-zone two adjacent properties from R4/GC to R8 ( multi-family attached units). BKB properties are planning to build 15 units on these two properties. The building of those structures will be a detriment to this area for many reasons - increased traffic, crime, pollution, and harm existing wildlife.
