Pls stop new construction and avoid over crowding the township without providing the necessary infrastructure.

We moved here 4yrs ago because we could afford it and heard such great things about the town. Within that year the taxes sky rocketed and traffic is awful coming from Cranbury road and can't even get into town and they want to build 800 more housing units in that part of town!!!

While I live in Jamesburg, the population growth in Monroe has had a devastating effect on the cost of tuition we are charged to send our kids to MTHS. While our population remains the same, we continue to see our taxes heavily impacted due to Monroe's ever increasing student population and lack of space to accommodate them. It's tantamount to taxatation without representation, as we have no say in the future growth prospect.

There should be a senior citizen discount on taxes for people who don't use the schools.

We lived in Monroe for 3 years and moved out anticipating this day would come seeing the new housing communities pop up everywhere and here it is ,, it would really suck if that country side feeling of Monroe doesn't exist any longer. Make it right for the current residents

We are already cramming our kids into the schools like sardines. The building of homes needs to be replaced by the building of businesses. New homes will be bad for existing residents and the residents who buy the homes when they learn that they have bought in to a town with overcrowded schools.

We should think about comercial aspect rather than just homes to fill the deficit.
