Our beautiful northshore is slipping away. We have very few natural areas anymore. Please dont put another gas station, which we don't need, on Hwy 22. Let us keep what we have.

I am against the rezoning of this parcel and destroying the live oak trees to build a mega gas station that is not needed.

Hwy 22 is already congested as it is, any further business activity in that location will not benefit our community.

There is no need for another gas station. It will uproot beautiful, old trees for more concrete. Terrible idea!

This will be a significant quality-of-life issue to a large number of people and some extremely compelling findings of a needs assessment should be required before imposing this damage.

I DO NOT want this gas station built on Highway 22 in Mandeville. Not a good idea!

This will deeply impact an already busy, wreck laden area and disrupt our peaceful part of the world

We don't need another gas station. Some planning by St. Tammany would be nice or we will look like home of the strip malls, gas stations, and Mexican restaurants!

Our family opposes a gas station being built along this section of Hwy 22. We are against clear cutting any lot, especially one containing 3 live oaks large enough to be registered in The Live Oak Society of America and additional pine trees.

We don't need it or want it! Remember "They paved Paradise and put up a parking lot"? Very similar!

Reject re-zoning or exemptions necessary for a gas station on this parcel. Don't allow destruction of live oak and pine trees on the property. Traffic congestion on highway 22 in this area is already terrible. Please say No!

Hwy 22 congestion is terrible, often backed up to Madisonville to Causeway. On the south side of Highway 22 where the station is proposed there is no way to turn left onto hwy 22 heading towards Madisonville. Already a dangerous situation as it is a single lane. This can't be allowed. The owner bought the property and as of now appears to have the zoning to go forward. The people have to apples this any way possible.
