Money is always the first consideration. The location on Hwy 22 will be a serious over statement. Traffic congestion, dangerous traffic entering and exiting, the hwy. The general looks of a business like that indurtrializes the neighborhood. Total aggravation at the whole project.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! Horrible idea for how bad the traffic already is on 22! That was one of the main reasons we moved from 22 was the insanity of traffic everyday!

We are totally against a Racetrac gas station on Hwy. 22! Please do not remove anymore mature Live Oak trees in Mandeville! Plus, the traffic in that area is very congested presently & cannot safely sustain the type of growth that would come with this development!

Do not put in a RaceTrac gas station in Mandeville across from beau chene. I'm a big fan of RaceTrac, but this would not be a good location and would ruin the beautiful oak trees.
