If you can't design around the existing live oak, get another architect or another location. It's not like the tree is in the center of the lot, it's on the very edge.

They already cut all of the trees at the front of Beau Chene!! Enough! That area is already too hectic trying to pull in and out. There are other close stations. This one is not needed!!!!

Seriously. Hwy 22 does not need another gas station. The traffic is terrible and the property values will drop. Not to mention cutting down historic trees.

We already have enough gas stations to choose from. As if traffic on 22 isn't bad enough already, let's not add to it. We need to stop cramming businesses in every little spot we can.

In addition to other concerns, a gas station at this location will exacerbate existing flooding issues. More impervious surface and threat of groundwater contamination.
