To: Senator Durbin and The FDA

We demand that you stop trying to put more laws and regulations on health supplements and learn more about how many people have benefited from health supplements in general.

Americans who choose to use natural health alternatives must protect their right to access natural health supplements. Many bills have been introduced to further control or discredit natural ingredients and with those bills comes a lot of grey areas.

An example of one of those bills is the Dietary Supplement Labeling Act that was introduced by Senator Durbin. He is quite insistent that this bill gets passed, but the bill itself is disingenuous because The Dietary Supplement Health and Education instituted in 1994 already requires supplement packages to be properly labeled and all health claims must be approved by the FDA.

The supplement industry is constantly under attack.

Americans who choose to use supplements must fight back whenever the health industry is under attack and scrutinized. So far, pointless Bills such as Durbin’s bill have not been accepted, but people like Senator Durbin will not stop fighting against supplements companies, and we must continue to fight back!
