I work rescue in this state. Dogs are not live stock and shouldn't be treated as such. The amount of dogs that are killed in shelters (yes, purebred also) is ridiculous. Using an animal that's unkept and unveiled to make money? That's a special kind of evil.

Please put an end to these Puppy mills! As a mom to a puppy mill rescue I've seen first hand how neglected and abused these wonderful creatures are. It is just heartbreaking.

The over population and needless death of dogs needs to stop. Dogs are animals and not meant to be designer items.

Thank you for caring about the animals! AR is one of the last 16 states in the country without even basic regulations for dog breeders. I appreciate all your efforts to protect dogs in your state!

Dogs are not livestock. They are devoted and loving companions to human beings. I have witnessed the comfort they provide nursing home patients and I also know the important role they play in teaching children compassion. Like human children, puppies deserve devotion from their mothers; they deserve to grow and play freely in open areas; they deserve to know and love humans who love them.
